Michelle is a Yoga Alliance 500 hour Certified Yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She believes that everyone deserves to experience the inner peace and calm that lies within themselves. By bringing focus to your breath, being mindful of how your body moves, and surrendering in the peaceful moments, you can deepen your connection within. Michelle has always been passionate about caring for others and has worked as a Registered Nurse for 12 years. Currently she provides support to mothers and babies in the comfort of their own home and is a Certified Lactation Consultant. Above all, her greatest accomplishments will always be her two compassionate, beautiful little girls. She and her husband strive to live a healthy lifestyle with a nurturing love, to help them grow into kind, compassionate, gentle, loving human beings.
